After a long and varied corporate career Burnout saw Juls making a huge change of direction. Combining Clinical Hypnotherapy, Master NLP Coaching, Food and Nutrition Studies Juls is passionate about helping women achieve their health and wellness using a mind-body nutrition approach to understand connection behind their relationship to food and the scale
